The businesses we represent, described closely enough to tell you whether one is worth your time and never closely enough to identify it. Nothing here is listed by name anywhere, including here.
We are a new firm and our first mandates are in preparation. When a profile goes live it reaches registered buyers whose criteria match it on the same day it appears here, so registering is strictly faster than checking this page.
This is the whole of it. Every business we represent reaches you in this form to begin with, whether you find it here or we send it to you.
Our sellers are owner operators who in most cases have not told their staff, their customers or their competitors. A page carrying business names would put them on a shelf, and the first competitor to read it would have a story to tell their customers. So a profile carries a region, an industry, two bands of figures and a reference number, and nothing that separates one company from another.
The name, the financial statements and the customer breakdown unlock after you sign an NDA and the owner approves you individually. Owners can decline without giving a reason, and regularly do, most often to a direct competitor.
Nothing. We act for the seller and are paid by the seller, five percent of the sale price on closing. You should read everything on this site with that in mind: our duty is to the owner, and we are not going to pretend to be neutral about whose side we are on.
Three answers: what kind of buyer you are, your name, and an address to reach you at. What you buy is described inside your workspace afterwards. Nothing about funding, and no newsletter. When a profile goes live it reaches registered buyers whose criteria match it on the same day, so this is strictly faster than checking this page.
